1 In a blender, mix all the popsicle ingredients.
2 Pour ¾ of the mixture into the popsicle moulds, tapping the tray slightly so as to avoid air bubbles.
3 Cover the moulds, insert the popsicle sticks and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
4 In a small bowl combine the hot maple syrup with the granola.
5 Remove the moulds from the freezer and pour the granola mixture on the bottom layer.
6 Return back to the freezer for at least 4 hours.

1 In a measuring cup, mix the milk
2 Pour mixture into the popsicle moulds and add around 8 chocolate chips.
3 Cover the moulds, insert the popsicle sticks and place into the freezer for 2 hours.
4 In the same measuring cup, mix the cold brew coffee concentrate and sweetened condensed milk.
5 Remove the moulds from the freezer and pour the cold brew mixture over the first layer.
6 Place back in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
